How To Make This Mulled Wine Recipe
1. Cut the fruits and ginger as shown in the recipe video below.. Place them in a pot, add the spices then crush the tangerines and some of the content but not too much.
2. Then pour half a liter of your favorite dry wine and warm on low heat. After 10 minutes add a teaspoon of honey and stir slowly…
3. Keep warming for another 10 minutes to let the wine soak up all the juices of the cocktail.. Finally, pour the hot wine that’s in the pan through a strainer in a glass or bowl of your choice and cheers! Enjoy your hot warm wine drink.
Important: Do not boil. Boiling the wine will evaporate the alcohol and will taste dull.
