Love this salad recipe especially on family gatherings. I just place a big bowl of salad with fresh bread in the middle of the table and I love to see guests gorge out with their meal. This salad also makes a great side dish with meats and fish. Enjoy!
– 4 Plum Tomatoes
– 2 Cucumbers
– 2 Small Onion
– 2 Bell Peppers
– 12 pitted Kalamata Olives
– Salt
– Oregano Spice
– 150 gr. Of Feta Cheese
How To Make This Greek Salad
1. Wash the tomatoes and cut them into irregular pieces. Wash and peel the cucumber, wash the bell pepper and cut them in small pieces as well.
2. Peel the onion and then cut it in half and then in slices. Put all the vegetables in a deep dish, salt them and mix them. Put the Kalamata olives and the whole feta on top or in cubes.
3. Sprinkle with oregano and salt and then pour a generous amount of olive oil and mix, then serve and enjoy your salad!
Note: Make sure you add the olive oil right before serving otherwise tomatoes will become mushy.
